Are you struggling to find fulfillment in your everyday life? Are you finding it difficult to cope with major life events? Do you feel unheard or resentful in your relationships? Or perhaps you just feel “lost” or “stuck” and don’t know where to start? Whatever your story or challenges may be, I’ll meet you where you’re “at” and support you along your mental health journey.
My approach to healing and wellbeing is holistic, which focuses on promoting a healthy balance between mind, body, and spirit. When all aspects of yourself work in harmony it fosters the self-awareness needed to create a more meaningful connection with yourself and others. Together, we will work to identify any unhelpful thoughts, emotions or behaviours that may be preventing you from living your most authentic life. Ultimately, my goal as your therapist is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, so you are equipped with the tools to effectively cope with life’s inherent challenges.
I practice from an integrative framework which incorporates several modalities, such as, person-centered, cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, mindfulness, solution-focused and somatic. Collaboratively, we will select the most appropriate methods that draw upon your strengths and sets our therapeutic relationship up for success.
I would be delighted to help you work towards your goals in your pursuit of wellness. If it sounds like we could be a good fit, please reach out to book a free, 15-minute phone or video consultation today. Looking forward to connecting with you!
