Hey, I'm Kim (she/her)

You don’t know when things changed, when life became harder, but you know that things aren’t working. Maybe you aren’t sleeping well. Maybe it is exhausting to complete work, assignments, or sometimes even starting your day. Maybe you feel disconnected from your family and friends. You do know that you need things to change but aren’t sure where to start.
Using a holistic approach, I would like to help you find a change to make your way forward. As a team, we will work together to develop strategies that work for you.
I believe that compassion and empathy, along with recognition that you are the expert in your own life, are the cornerstones of good therapy experience.
