About Melika

Hey, I'm Melika (she/her)

Navigating through the ups and downs of life can be difficult for you to endure alone. It is a challenge to find a balance between your work, home, and personal life. Rumination about the past, and worries about the future are constantly on your mind. You encounter inner conflict, and conflict between yourself and the world. Conflicts put pressure on your relationships with individuals in your life. Strained relationships are overwhelming as they affect how you think and feel. Determining how to overcome your stressors and concerns in the present moment requires attentive care. You want a safe space to feel heard in a sincere way. You want to be valued and respected for your individuality by a person who genuinely cares. You want to gain awareness of your abilities and strengths. You want to deal with your current worries, unsettling thoughts and feelings, and strive toward realistic goals at your own pace. This is your time, and you are not alone in this journey toward positive change. I am here with you.
