About Nicole


Hey, I'm Nicole (she/her)

You feel lost and you have no idea where to go next. You feel like you do not have anyone that you can talk to while being your real, raw, and honest self. You often feel judged and like your feelings or emotions are not being validated. You want to feel accepted and find your safe space.

Sometimes life gets hard, and you need some help figuring out your next step. Sometimes life knocks you down and you are not sure where to go next. Whatever journey has led you to therapy, you are not alone. You are the expert in your own life, but it is okay to need some guidance as you navigate your path. Therapy can be scary, but you can and you will get through anything that comes your way. Together we will sort through your emotions, behaviours and problems and give you the tools you need in order to resolve any issues from the past, present or future. Working together, we will create that safe space you have been looking for that allows you to express yourself freely and get the good, the bad and the ugly off your chest. Not every moment will be easy, but remember that there is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t any.

I have an undergraduate degree in Youth and Children’s Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University (2017) and I am currently completing my Masters of Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University (2023). I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and a member with the CCPA. I have completed Crisis Intervention Training and am in the process of being certified to administer the GAIN-Q3 MI ONT assessment.
