I use a variety of therapeutic modalities and humour in my sessions, completely depending on what works best for you! I have extensive experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness Based Therapy and Skills.
I would like to help you improve your depression, anxiety, or OCD symptoms; build your self confidence, and help you be the best version of yourself! I have extensive experience and training in Eating Disorder Treatment, working with children and adolescents, parenting skills for difficult behaviours, communication and building relationships.

I am a registered Social Worker and member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). I received my Bachelor of Social Work from York University and my Masters of Social Work from the University of Calgary. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years, with adults, children, adolescents and caregivers.
