Hey, I'm Emily (she/her)

Do you feel like your mental health is getting in the way of accomplishing what you want, or your relationships? Do you feel like you want a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings, so you can better manage your mental health?

I work with clients to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, and work together to build a toolbox of strategies that work for you. I can work with you to explore your past relationships to help you feel more safe and secure moving forward, or we can focus more on exploring solutions that work best for you – therapy is your time, and you have control in every step of the process.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have a BA in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Master of Counselling from Athabasca University.

Beyond my work

When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with my puppy, Molson! We love anything outdoors, whether that’s camping locally or hiking a mountain far away. We also love visiting friends and family – keeping connected with my people is very important to me. As a film fanatic, when I’m relaxing at home you can usually find me watching an unusual movie while I do a craft of some kind.
