Hey, I'm Jessica (she/her)

Life can sometimes get complicated, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious. You might cope by isolating yourself or by adopting some unhealthy habits and behaviours. Maybe your struggles are beginning to feel unmanageable and you just need someone on your side. The good news is that reaching out for help is the first step in your healing journey. My personal philosophy is based on client-centred care, which means that creating a safe space for you is my main priority. I will use my educational background and professional experience to ensure that your counselling needs are met with genuineness and empathetic understanding so that we can build a strong therapeutic relationship. As clients, I believe that you already possess the necessary skills needed to live up to your full potential and improve your quality of life. My goal is to help you feel comfortable enough to share your worries and anxieties with me so that we can collaborate to create a sustainable and positive plan of action.
