We’ve been thinking about you.
Not in a vague, “we need to hire someone” kind of way, but in a quiet, hopeful, we know you’re out there kind of way. The kind where we imagine the way you sit with people in their hardest moments. The way you listen, not just to words, but to what’s underneath them. The way you care.
We’re building something meaningful here. A practice rooted in integrity, warmth, and real, human connection. And we’re looking for a therapist who feels the same pull toward this work.
Maybe that’s you.
You might be a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO, in good standing) who feels especially drawn to supporting clients navigating:
BIPOC experiences and identity
Trauma and its many layers
Addictions and recovery
OCD
Bipolar disorder
Borderline personality patterns
Sex and intimacy
Couples, parenting, and perinatal mental health
You don’t shy away from complexity, you lean into it with curiosity, compassion, and skill.
You believe deeply that mental health care should be accessible, inclusive, and affirming for people of all backgrounds. You show up accountable, grounded, and with a steady, positive presence—even when the work is heavy.
You’re someone who:
Takes ownership of your work and growth
Brings intention and care to your client relationships
Wants to be part of a team that values both excellence and humanity
Practically speaking, you have a quiet, private space where you can offer virtual sessions, along with reliable high-speed internet, a computer, webcam, and headphones when needed. You understand the importance of creating a safe, confidential environment—even through a screen.
And importantly, you’re not looking to branch off into your own private practice anytime soon, you’re looking for a place to land, to grow, and to build something sustainable over time.
Because that’s what we’re offering, too.
A place where your work matters. Where you’re supported. Where you can focus on what you do best—being present with your clients—while being part of something bigger than yourself.
If you’re reading this and feeling that quiet yes in your chest… we’d love to meet you.
I am so excited to meet you. Whenever you're ready.

As a psychotherapy practice based in Kitchener, Ontario, we acknowledge that our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabeg peoples. This land is part of the Haldimand Tract, which was promised to the Six Nations of the Grand River.
We recognize the longstanding relationships with the land that Indigenous peoples have maintained as its original caretakers. Our practice extends its services across Canada, and we acknowledge that our work spans many traditional Indigenous territories. We recognize that there are 46 treaties and other agreements that cover the territory now called Ontario. As we operate in various locations, we commit to learning about and respecting the specific Indigenous communities in each area where we provide our services.
