Many people struggle with how they see themselves, how they feel in their bodies, or their relationship with food. These challenges can show up in subtle or persistent ways through self-criticism, comparison, control, or feeling disconnected from yourself altogether.

Whether you’re navigating challenges with self-esteem, body image, relationship with food, or disordered eating, therapy offers a space to explore your experience with care and curiosity. Our therapists are here to help you meet your goals without judgment and work towards the life you hope to see for yourself one gentle step at a time.

Do any of the following resonate with you?

  • You feel disconnected from your body or unsure of how to care for it.

  • You often push yourself to keep going even when you’re exhausted.

  • It feels hard to rest without experiencing guilt.

  • You notice yourself comparing or criticizing parts of your experience.

  • You avoid certain foods or feel anxious eating outside your routine.

  • You feel unsure of your worth no matter what you do.

Heal Your Relationship with Food and Your Body

Our relationship with our bodies and sense of self is shaped by experiences, environment, and the messages we’ve absorbed over time. Therapy provides a space to untangle these influences, build self-compassion, and develop a healthier relationship with food and body image. Together, you can strengthen confidence, self-worth, and cultivate a kinder, more trusting connection with yourself.

As a psychotherapy practice based in Kitchener, Ontario, we acknowledge that our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabeg peoples. This land is part of the Haldimand Tract, which was promised to the Six Nations of the Grand River.

We recognize the longstanding relationships with the land that Indigenous peoples have maintained as its original caretakers. Our practice extends its services across Canada, and we acknowledge that our work spans many traditional Indigenous territories. We recognize that there are 46 treaties and other agreements that cover the territory now called Ontario. As we operate in various locations, we commit to learning about and respecting the specific Indigenous communities in each area where we provide our services.
