Anxiety is a natural stress response that in small doses can actually help us stay focused and motivated. However, when it starts to grow anxiety can present itself as rumination, racing thoughts, expecting the worse, and even physical symptoms or panic. Over time, it may begin to interfere with daily life. If this sounds familiar, support is available, and anxiety doesn't have to be something you manage alone.

Most people who start Anxiety Therapy feel stuck in familiar, but frustrating patterns. Perhaps you can relate. Maybe you find it hard to feel excited about things, or know you’d be happier if you made a change, but it feels more comfortable to stay the same. You may feel like worry is taking up more space than you’d like.

Do any of the following resonate with you?

  • You feel on edge like your mind and body can’t relax

  • You feel unable to do your day-to-day responsibilities

  • There’s a sense of dread or fear that’s hard to shake

  • It’s challenging to feel truly calm, even in your own space

  • You often avoid people and situations you once found pleasurable

  • Your thoughts make it hard to reach out for support
