As a psychotherapy practice based in Kitchener, Ontario, we acknowledge that our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabeg peoples. This land is part of the Haldimand Tract, which was promised to the Six Nations of the Grand River.

We recognize the longstanding relationships with the land that Indigenous peoples have maintained as its original caretakers. Our practice extends its services across Canada, and we acknowledge that our work spans many traditional Indigenous territories. We recognize that there are 46 treaties and other agreements that cover the territory now called Ontario. As we operate in various locations, we commit to learning about and respecting the specific Indigenous communities in each area where we provide our services.
